After all the years on the road, watching people be hurried from one landmark to the next, I felt that a crucial part of the journey was being lost. The real magic isn't found in a crowded queue or a fleeting photo opportunity; it's in the quiet conversations, the authentic local meal, the unexpected side street, and that deep-seated feeling of connection to a place.
That's the philosophy that gave birth to Voyumar. It's about crafting experiences that feel less like a tour and more like a shared discovery. We're in the business of creating that "je ne sais quoi"—that intangible sense of wonder that turns a holiday into a lasting memory.
I have drawn inspiration from some of the brightest travellers in the world, Rick Steves being a firm favourite of mine and truly believe that seeing the world like he does is so essential to grow!

To have had a travel partner who shared that passion for discovery, that insatiable curiosity about the world and its people, is a gift. And to now carry that flame forward, not just for myself but for others, is the most powerful kind of legacy.
That "je ne sais quoi" you so often seek when you travel? I believe it's that very human connection, that sense of shared wonder that Allison so clearly embodied. Our trips aren't just about itineraries and landmarks; they are about seeking out those same authentic moments Allison and I shared. It's about visiting those places, and perhaps even meeting some of the people, who were a part of our story, allowing our guests to create their own incredible memories in the same spirit of adventure. Her vision and passion aren't just incorporated into our roster of trips; they are the very foundation upon which Voyumar is built. It’s an honour to share her love for this beautiful world. Every journey we plan is a continuation of her spirit, a search for the extraordinary in the everyday. When you travel with us, you are part of a beautiful, evolving story, and we invite you to write your own chapter.

Hello, everyone! I’m what I like to call the operational backbone of Voyumar, and it’s an absolute pleasure to be a part of your next adventure.
My story began in Latvia, then a wonderful journey, living all over Europe. Every place, a new home, every experience, a chance to learn, which is probably why I’ve picked up seven languages along the way!
For well over a decade, I’ve worked in travel and tourism. I’ve been immersed in the meticulous planning of projects with incredible organisations.
So while our fantastic guides are out on the road creating unforgettable moments for you, I’ll be keeping all the plates spinning. My goal is simple: to make sure every detail, every logistical challenge, is handled with precision and care.
As a mother, I know there is no greater joy than sharing the world with others. I’m truly honoured to be part of the Voyumar family, and I’m dedicated to making sure your journey is nothing short of perfect. I'm here to ensure your journey is seamless from start to finish.

I'm Otis Milo the Travel Experience Director. At 20, I quickly traded Bristol University for the real world—I wanted action. My background is active: I played youth football for Swansea City FC, and now my passion is exploration through travel and adventure.
Love cities but, I live for the outdoors: canyoning, spelunking, MTB, hiking, and camping. I'm currently failing spectacularly at learning to ski. I split my time between Wales, London, and Spain.
My role is simple: to make sure every Voyumar product is vibrant, high-value, environmentally conscious, and, above all, fun and deeply immersive. I hunt for the next great thing so, responsible for keeping our offerings fresh and adventurous. I don't just plan trips; I ensure those memories are the good ones.
Big Ben anyone?
